New Nissan Sunny – Review by

The Nissan Motors India Private Limited formed in 2005 manages the brands the Nissan and the Datsun. Their vehicles are produced in a plant jointly owned by the Renault and the Nissan located near Chennai. The most acclaimed sedan Sunny is one of the popular Nissan cars in the Indian market.5

The Sunny launched in 2011 has been refreshed in 2014. Refreshed versions of the car have been launched on 3rd July 2014. The new Sunny comes in 3 petrol and 5 diesel variants priced between Rupees 7.40 to 10.50 lakh. The XE, XL and XL CVT AT are the petrol versions and the XE D, XL D, XV D, XV Platinum pack and XV premium pack are the diesel variants. The XL CVT AT variant has automatic transmission.

The New Nissan Sunny is the most stylish car among the mid range sedans. The front fascia is made more eye-catching to give the best first impression. There are new boomerang shaped head lamp fittings, a bigger and broader grille with three slats and chrome inserts an improved bumper with single slat air dam with more chrome around the fog lamp fittings and at the bottom. The side profile has also improved with folding body coloured   mirrors with blinkers, new alloy wheels and a lot of chrome around the windows. The new bumper at the rear has its bottom portion blackened out for a sporty look.

The cabin of the new Sunny has a lot of space and leg room. Even the base variants have 1 air bag, ABS, EBD, BA, an engine immobiliser, central and child lock facilities, a manual AC, fabric seats, internally operable ORVMs and a partially folding rear seat. The CVT variant has an automatic AC, leather seats, rear parking sensors, power windows, electrical body coloured ORVMs and 2 Din music system with Bluetooth connectivity for phone additionally. The leather pack has, leather seats, 2 air bags, keyless start, electric body coloured ORVMs with blinkers. In the safety pack rear parking a sensor with camera is added.

The petrol variants of the Sunny are powered by 1498 cc, 98 bhp and 134 NM torque engines giving mileages of 16.95 kmpl. The CVT variant has a fuel efficiency of 17.97 kmpl. The diesel variants have 1461 cc, 85 bhp and 200 NM torque engines with mileages of 22.71 kmpl. The dimensions of the new Sunny are 4445 mm length, 2500 mm wheel base and 161 mm ground clearance with a boot of 490 litres capacity.

The new Nissan Sunny has style, spacious and safe cabin and gives good mileages. The competition for the Sunny comes from sedans like the Honda City, the Maruti Ciaz and the Toyota Etios.

On Ebay someone offered two pictures fr sale bt th Ferrari 400 automatic whh w presented n th Turin Autosalon n 1976. I consider thm unique pictures during m searches I h nt come r many gd pictures f th car n th known car shows.
A such I hd t h thm. And I w nt th nl one. It’s typical,  th unbeloved 400 somehow very lr. Anytime I find something f interest th prices seem t b unusual high. Y mght even recall th owner manual tr  n example (whh I didnt rh):
And nt much later I hd th same thing whn purchasing th 400i press release + picture. Again someone hd t a high bid n t whh I hd t outbid. Same tr n th photos. Th time around t w a different person. I wonder wh t w.
And f course I dd check wth th seller regarding th background f th pictures. Here h response:
